The ClimaCount Carbon Footprint keeps you informed of how much carbon per category of goods and services you are automatically compensating with ClimaCount each month. The footprint is a personal overview of your carbon emissions. It provides a list of different categories for added detail. And it is accurate, since it takes the whole lifecycle of a product or service into consideration, from raw materials used to produce it to disposal after use.
What also makes it personally challenging is that you can use this tool to compare your Carbon Footprint with that of others at your bank, or you can compare it with the region where you live or the worldwide average. Once you have been using the scheme for longer you can even keep track of how your own Carbon Footprint develops, as every month's carbon footprint is archived for future reference.
